Missing 81 year old woman

Police are currently searching for an 81 year old woman who has gone missing from Auckland City Hospital.

She was last seen this afternoon before walking out of the ward.

She is described as a female caucasian, 5ft 5 in height, with white hair below her ears. She is currently wearing a grey top with stars on it, black trousers and carrying a black handbag.

She is very mobile but, will be confused and suffers dementia.

Police are concerned for her safety and would ask any sightings of her to be reported to Auckland Central Police on (09) 3026400
