Notice: The Great Inanga Exploration Workshop

Please come along and join us for “The Great Inanga Exploration”!

DOC, KCDC, GWRC, NSF, VUWCEL, Whitebait Connections, and the Island Bay Marine Education Centre will be hosting a free whitebait workshop this Sunday (30 March) for the general public. This workshop will cover: the historical and cultural implication of inanga, methods for restoring whitebait spawning habitats, the whitebait life cycle, and tips for whitebaiting sustainably.
