Serious Motor Vehicle
Police are currently on the scene of a serious
motor vehicle colliison at State Highway 29
Ambulance and Fire are also in attendance. As a
result of the collision the State Highway will be closed to
traffic for at least the next two hours.
advised that delays will be experienced. Diversions have
been established for north bound traffic to exit the state
highway at Poripori Road where they will travel north until
re entering the state highway just south of Wairoa Pa. South
bound traffic will exit State Highway 29 at Old Kaimai Road
and continue until the road rejoins the highway.
injuries have been sustained however further details are not
available for release at this time.
