Additional Charges Kumar Homicide

Police have laid a charge of manslaughter against the 12 year old boy involved in the death of Mr Kumar in his dairy on 10 June 2014. This is in addition to the charge that he already faces of assault with intent to rob.

This charge was laid after discussions with the Auckland Crown Solicitor.
