Hunter Mangu Warren MONTGOMERY was
arrested yesterday after he made threats to a WINZ staff
member at the New Brighton WINZ office in Beresford Street
yesterday.
MONTGOMERY appears in Christchurch District Court this morning charged with Threatening Behaviour and Possession of an Offensive Weapon.
Police would like to reassure the public that we are taking all such threats seriously and would like to remind people that these threats will be dealt with firmly and appropriately.
