Tech centre report removed from web

In response to this article, I would like to make the following statement.

In response to todays news that KCDC have pulled the Tanner Report off the KCDC website.

KCDC Councillor Jackie Elliott says, "The Tanner report on the Cleantech trust was requested by Councillors last December, in the interests of transparency, when the Trust requested further public money."

"It's final terms of reference are far from the thorough independent report I argued for. " says Cr Jackie Elliott

However, I am satisfied that the reviewer, Ross Tanner, of Tanner Ritchie and Co, has done a thorough job in providing as much information as possible for you. Not everyone involved will agree with everything he says.

"The public of Kapiti have paid for this report, and are entitled to be able to read it today online, to see why I am asking for the CEO Pat Dougherty, Mayor Ross Church as then, Chair of the Corporate Business Committee, Cr Dianne Ammunsden, Chair of the Regulatory Committee and Cr Penny Gaylor, as Chair of the Environmental And Community Development Committee resign." Says Cr Elliott.

$1.5 million of your money has just gone into the pockets of few due to their sheer incompetence.
