Huia Pool closed for maintenance 4-12 October

Huia Pool will be closed from Saturday 4 October to Sunday 12 October for annual maintenance.

The maintenance period covers the second week of the school holidays.

Marcus Sherwood, Divisional Manager of Leisure Active said, “The maintenance period was initially planned for earlier in the year but with Naenae Pool being closed for an extended period we had to shift things around to accommodate swimmers.

“We have a maintenance period for each pool every year to make sure they continue to work efficiently and serve our residents.”

On the weekend of 11 and 12 October Naenae Pool will also be closed for a canoepolo tournament. Stokes Valley Pool will be open.
