Police
and other emergency services at in attendance at a car v
powerpole crash on the intersection of Stehighways 30 and
33, and are known as Te Ngae, Tikitere. A single car with 3
occupants went off the road and hit a powerpole.
Ambulance staff are dealing with one person in the car.
The other 2 occupants are in the car unable to get out due to live electricity wires. The road is now down to 2 lanes with traffic building up and moving past the location with a stop/go diversion.
Police recommend motorists avoid the location if possible.
