"Vehicle crash - Intersection Sturges and Swanson Roads, Henderson - Waitemata"
Emergency Services are at the scene of a serious injury crash at the intersection Sturges and Swanson Roads, Henderson. A car and motorcycle collided at about 1pm on 27 December 2014. The motorcyclist has been taken to Hospital in a serious condition. The Waitemata Serious Crash Unit is in attendance and investigating the cause of the crash. Road blocks are in place - Swanson Road is blocked between Lincoln and Rathgar Roads and Sturgess Road is blocked at Harvest Road.
Police ask that motorist avoid the area Road blockages are expected to be in place until 3pm
