17-year-old missing in Kaitoke Regional Park

Police have concerns for a 17-year-old male who has gone missing in the Kaitoke Regional Park today.

Declan Callaghan was last seen at around 12.30pm today near the camp ground car park on Kaitoke Waterworks Road before he set off on a day walk.

Declan is about 170cm tall, of slim build, with dark hair.

He was last seen wearing a bright green t-shirt underneath a long sleeve blue sweater, knee length purple shorts, and yellow trainers.

A Police Search and Rescue team from Wellington is currently co-ordinating a search in the area for Declan.
