Road repairs around Square to start
Work is to start on repairs to the road around The Square from Sunday 11th to Friday 16th January 2015.
Extensive structural repairs will take place on the eastern half of The Square, mainly from ANZ Bank to the Plaza.
The repair work, which is weather dependant, is to be completed in preparation for asphaltic concrete resurfacing work planned for early February.
The work will be carried out by Higgins Contractors and will be undertaken between the hours of 6.30pm and 7.00am to minimise disruption to businesses and motorists.
Some speed and parking
restrictions may apply in this area during the repair
work.
