Canterbury Police appeal for public’s help following robbery

"Canterbury Police appeal for public’s help following robbery"

Canterbury Police are investigating the robbery of a wheelchair-bound woman, on a footpath next to a hedge outside the Henry's shop on Harewood Rd, at Bishopdale Mall on 24 January 2015 at about12.40pm. Officers are appealing to the public for help in identifying the two persons of interest shown in the CCTV image as they may be able to provide Police with information that will assist the investigation.

Acting Inspector Ash Tabb said “We are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident or recognises the two teenagers in the CCTV image. This is a traumatic incident targeting a vulnerable victim.”

If you are one of the two teenage boys, or know who they are, please contact Police by calling 03 363 7400 and selecting option 5.

Information can also be provided anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
