Fatal crash near Bulls

Police is currently at the scene of a single vehicle crash on State Highway 3, just north of Bulls.

A member of the public contacted emergency services at about 7:45am today after they noticed a vehicle in a ditch.

Upon arriving at the scene officers inspected the vehicle and located a male driver who was pronounced dead at the scene.

The man was the only occupant in the vehicle.

Preliminary indications suggest the vehicle has veered off the road and crashed into the ditch.

The Serious Crash Unit is also in attendance at the scene.

While no diversions are in place at this stage, motorists are urged to take care if travelling on State Highway 3.
