Police car set alight - Pukekohe - Counties Manukau
A
parked police patrol car was set on fire in Pukekohe
overnight. The car was parked in Princes Street Pukekohe
just after midnight while the crew conducted a foot patrol
in the area. When the crew returned to their car at about
12:20am it was on fire.
There are indications that the fire was started deliberately. The fire service was called and extinguished the fire.
No one was injured but the car was extensively damaged. Counties Manukau CIB are investigating.
