Sky Tower flashes red and white to support Red Cross Appeal Week

SKYCITY is supporting New Zealand Red Cross by lighting the Sky Tower from 9 to 15 March* for the annual national appeal week.

The Sky Tower will glow red and white, marking the fourth year SKYCITY has supported the appeal.

The Sky Tower is the southern hemisphere’s tallest man-made structure, and has become an iconic part of Auckland’s cityscape.

SKYCITY lights the Sky Tower to show support for a number of organisations and special events, often for charities or community initiatives that we support financially, or to mark national holidays, milestones or other celebrations.

*Please note: Sky Tower lighting will change on Saturday 14 March to mark the Cricket World Cup game at Eden Park and returns to Red Cross lighting on Sunday 15 March.
