Nominations Now Open for NZME Hastings City Business Awards

Nominations are now open for the 2015 NZME Hastings City Business Awards. The awards celebrate excellence within the Hastings City Centre and are an invaluable experience for CBD businesses, with participants reaping the benefits by gaining a fresh insight in to their operation. Category and Supreme Award Winners will be benefit further, being in a position to utilise the accolade to promote their business on a day to day basis.

The Hastings City Business Association is thrilled to have the support of NZME as their official naming sponsor of this revered business awards event.

Nominations are open to anyone – businesses and the general public. Online nominations are available at www.hastingscity.co.nz. There will be 7 categories to incorporate the variety of CBD businesses, plus a Supreme Award and a new Service to Retail/Personality award. This award will honour a local business person who has supported and given back to the business community.

14 locally respected judges will start the in-depth judging process once nominations are in and closed on 22nd May.

The Awards evening on 31st July at the Focal Point Cinema promises to be a wonderful evening of celebration and entertainment and an opportunity for the local business community to socialise and network.
