Oamaru death earlier today

Earlier today, Police attended the death of a 58 year-old male at a work premise in Oamaru.

Police and Worksafe NZ will be working to ascertain the events leading up to the death.

Police are currently working through the formal identification process and are notifying the next of kin.

Until this has been complete, there is no further information available.
