Police seeking to return stolen jewellery to rightful owners

Police seeking to return stolen jewellery to rightful owners

Wellington District Police has recovered a large range of jewellery following the execution of a search warrant at a Paraparaumu address. The alleged offender is believed to have operated throughout the lower North Island and may have been selling the stolen property on Trade Me. Images of the recovered jewellery can be viewed on the Wellington District Police Facebook page at www.facebook.com/WellingtonDistrictPolice

We are very keen to return this property to the rightful owners and would ask anyone who recognises any of the items to contact Constable Andrew Burn of Kapiti's Tactical Crime Unit on (04) 296 6800.
