Agreement for Sale of Tasman
Farms
New Plymouth District Council has
entered into a binding agreement for the sale of Tasman
Farms.
Mayor Andrew Judd says: “This agreement follows the receipt of a significantly superior offer to the one we had previously received.
“In accepting this offer the Council is fulfilling its obligation to make decisions that are in the best interests of the New Plymouth District community.”
The matter is subject to commercial confidentiality so no further comment will be made at this time.
