ILV Community Meetings

EQC is holding community meetings for homeowners who have been advised whether or not their property qualifies for Increased Liquefaction Vulnerability (ILV) land damage.

The 90-minute meetings will feature presentations by:

• EQC Head of Canterbury Land, Keith Land, on overall approach for resolving claims for ILV land damage and next steps for affected homeowners; and

• EQC’s engineers, Tonkin + Taylor, on the engineering assessments which underpin EQC’s qualification decisions.

The presentations will be followed by a Q&A session. Please note that the meetings are not intended for discussion of individual claims.
