Assault - Bader and Normandy Hamilton

Press Release At about 7:30pm on Wednesday 3rd February 2016, an altercation between a male and a group of six or seven other men occurred at an address near the intersection of Normandy Avenue and Bader Street.

The incident escalated with the male confronting the group at a property on Normandy Avenue where he was further assaulted. The male was knocked to the ground whereupon he was subjected to a number of kicks from the men. The male's partner tried to intervene but was also assaulted.

The assault was only terminated once members of the public, driving a maroon double cab Ute towing a white boat with four male occupants stopped to offer assistance. Police would like to speak to the occupants of the maroon vehicle in relation to the assault and anyone else that has any information regarding the incident.
