Lost runner found


The woman missing in the Hunua ranges overnight has been found safe and well by a search and rescue team.

She was located on a track just before 7.00a.m.

It is unclear if the woman became lost or missed the track in the dark.

A search and resuce spokesman said the woman did the right thing in stopping and staying where she was, making it easier for searchers to locate her.
