Ruby Coast Arts – Open Studios Event

Ruby Coast Arts – Open Studios Event
4th, 5th and 6th March

Ruby Coast Arts (RCA) is a collective of artists, potters, sculptors, printmakers and craftspeople working professionally on our beautiful Ruby Coast in the Tasman Region near Nelson.

OPEN STUDIOS WEEKEND – 5th and 6th March – 11am to 4.30pm

During the weekend of 5 & 6 March all our members open their studios to visitors. A great opportunity to discover their creative spaces, talk with the artists, and view their unique work. To plan their self-guided tour, visitors can download the RCA Trail Map or pick one up from most Mapua businesses, any Nelson/Tasman library, Motueka iSite, Suter Gallery or The Refinery.

OPENING NIGHT EVENT - 4th March – Mapua Hall 7pm to 9pm

All are welcome to celebrate the launch of this popular weekend at our Opening Night Event. Enjoy a glass of local wine, listen to guest speaker, the supremely talented and interesting, Ian Hamlin, and take part in the RCA Art Auction Online. Tickets are just $10 on the door and everyone is welcome!

The auction features a stunning array of pieces, generously donated by RCA members. All funds raised help to promote our members and to produce the annual RCA Trail Map, widely distributed across our region.
