Concerns for safety of missing woman, Caitlyn Bird


Wellington Police are appealing for help to find 20-year-old Caitlyn Bird, who has been reported missing by her family.

She was last seen in Glover Park, Wellington, on Monday 9 May, 2016.

She has not been missing before and her family have concerns for her safety.

Caitlyn is 178cm tall, with mid-length brown hair, hazel eyes, and a distinctive American accent.

When she was last seen, she was wearing dark jeans, a black raincoat and a heavy, men’s brown and white checked outdoor shirt.

Anyone who may have seen Caitlyn or have information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Wellington Police on (04) 381 2000 or, after hours, Emergency 111 and ask for Police.
