"Local discovers bone washed up at a Timaru beach - Update"

Police can now confirm that the bone has been handed in to the Timaru Police Station yesterday is a human bone.

Police will now be looking to try and identify who the bone belongs to.

Until then, we are unable to confirm anything and Police will release more information when further details are known.
