"34 year old male arrested in relation to an aggravated robbery in Hastings"

Shortly before 10am this morning two males entered the Big Barrel liquor store at Stortford Lodge in Hastings.
The men threatened staff and stole two bottles of spirits.
Police located the men a short time later in the getaway car and a 34 year old male has been charged with aggravated robbery.
He will appear in Hastings District Court tomorrow and Police are not seeking anyone else in relation to this incident.
This was a traumatic experience for the staff at Big Barrel liquor store and Police would like to thank them for their assistance in this matter.
