Key Rugby Players to Star at Gala Dinner

Key Rugby Players to Star at Gala Dinner

Former All Blacks Josh Kronfeld, Jeff Wilson, Ian Jones and Eric Rush will be the stars of a Tauranga gala dinner to be held at ASB Arena.

The event is the latest offering from Events Innovated, who produced last year’s sold out Tribute to Sir Colin Meads.

Tickets go on sale today for The Tauranga Gala Dinner with Kronfeld, Wilson, Jones and Rush, which will be held on Thursday, September 22 at 7pm.

The event will include entertaining panel discussion, and the chance for questions from the audience. The evening will not only offer top-class entertainment but also gourmet meals, fine beer and wine, and a stellar over-all guest experience.

Jeff will lead the team with interview-style discussion destined to provoke interesting insights and stories of the lives and careers of these top sportsmen. Lots of action and banter can be expected, says Heath Ingham of Events Innovated.

Heath says the dinner will once again provide stunning corporate entertainment, with wit and wisdom with which to entertain staff, clients and friends. He anticipates early bookings will be essential.

“It will be a hugely entertaining night. Eric is a Sevens legend and known for his incredible humour so I’m sure he will spark a lot of great stories. Josh, Jeff and Ian are iconic All Blacks with more than 190 caps between them, and are now all doing really well as pundits on TV. So it’s a great opportunity to witness these guys up close and personal and enjoy a 5-star event here in the Bay.”

The gala dinner offers various table booking opportunities. The VIP table option, for example, includes an invitation to attend a pre-reception function with Josh, Jeff, Ian, Eric and special guests.

Tickets can be purchased from www.taurangagaladinner.co.nz
