Community Patrols of New Zealand National Training Seminar

"Community Patrols of New Zealand National Training Seminar Christchurch"

Canterbury Police are working closely with Community Patrols of New Zealand (CPNZ) to help facilitate their National Conference which is being held at the Lincoln Events Centre from Friday 24 June to Sunday 26 June 2016.

Senior Sergeant Roy Appley says Police appreciate the work of this volunteer organisation which comprises some 5000 members of our communities giving up their time and talents to help make our communities safer.

Media are welcome to attend the conference at any time over the three days.

Any media who is interested in reporting on the conference or who would like to know more about the CPNZ/Police partnership is welcome to contact Senior Sergeant Appley at the Christchurch Central Police Station on 03 363 7400.

Further information about CPNZ can be found at www.cpnz.org.nz
