Winton Police appealing for information

Winton Police appealing for information

Winton Police are appealing for information from the public as they investigate two burglaries and a theft from a car on Monday 27 June.

Both the burglaries and the theft from the car occurred between 8.30am and 5.30pm and Senior Constable Dave Blanks says given these offences occurred during the day it is more likely people would have been around and may have seen something.

The burglaries occurred in Hillary Street and Grange Street in Winton while the theft from the car happened at Lochiel School.

Police would like to hear from anyone who saw people or vehicles acting suspiciously in the area.

Information can be shared with Winton Police on 03 236 6060 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
