Serious crash south of New Plymouth - UPDATE 2

SH3/Junction Road at Egmont Village is expected to reopen by around 11.30pm after a fatal crash earlier this evening.

One male has died as a result of the single-vehicle crash near Egmont Road around 5.50pm.

The Police Serious Crash Unit has been at the scene, and their investigation into what happened will be ongoing.
