All Blacks to visit Linwood Avenue School

Three All Blacks will pay a special visit to Linwood Avenue School on Friday after students from Room 10 won a fair play competition. The competition was organised by the Christchurch City Council in conjunction with the Canterbury Rugby Football Union and New Zealand Rugby.

Schools were invited to send a letter, image or video illustrating what fair play means to them, either in sport, in the classroom or at home. The winning classroom or sports team is selected to do a skills and drills session with the three All Blacks. Students will also have the chance to get photos and autographs from the players following the session.

The All Blacks will also attend a full-school assembly for a Q&A session with the students.

WHAT: Three All Blacks players visit Linwood Avenue School.

WHO: All Blacks players, staff, students and parents from Linwood Avenue School.

WHEN: Friday 16 September 2016, 10am-12pm.
• 10am – 10.30am – All Blacks Q&A session during school assembly
• 10.30am-11.30am – Skills and drills session with students from Room 10
• 11.30am-12pm – Autographs and photos with All Blacks

WHERE: Linwood Avenue School, 260 Linwood Avenue, Christchurch.
