Auckland City Toyota Donates Previa minivan

Auckland City Toyota Donates second Toyota Previa minivan to Ronald McDonald House

Auckland City Toyota are pleased to announce their donation of a second Previa to Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) New Zealand.

This Previa (as the one Auckland City Toyota donated in 2014) will be used for families staying at Ronald McDonald House in Auckland by providing transport around Auckland including shopping trips to the supermarket and St Lukes mall. Especially, for those families who had to leave home in a rush and arrive at Ronald McDonald House with a few items in their bags only, shopping trips are essential.

The vehicle will also help to transport families to some of Auckland’s top attractions such as Rainbows End, Auckland Zoo and Kelly Tarltons, which allow for much needed distraction for families who spend most of their days on the hospital ward.

Auckland City Toyota understand the importance of having family around in times of crisis and as an organisation we believe it is our responsibility to help make this happen.

“A partnership with RMHC was not a difficult decision. As a local business Auckland City Toyota believes very strongly in supporting our local community, and RMHC is so well respected for all of the fantastic work they do for Kiwi families. Everyone within our business is extremely proud to assist them,” said Anthony Kearns, CEO Auckland City Toyota.

Both Previas receive free servicing and warrant of fitness checks while being used by RMHC ensuring the vehicles remain in a safe and reliable condition for the families who rely on them.

As an organisation we hope we can continue supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities in whatever way possible and look forward to their continued success in keeping families close.
