Progressive election results for Horizons Regional Council #4

Local body voting closed at 12 noon Saturday 8 October.

Progress results are available on Horizons Regional Council’s elections page at www.horizons.govt.nz.

Horizons electoral officer Craig Grant says that approximately 99 per cent of the votes have now been counted.

“While these results are not final, they give a good indication of results so far,” says Mr Grant.

“Once all special votes have been accounted for, a final declaration of results will posted around 13 October.

“Horizons inaugural Council Meeting will be held at 10am Thursday 20 October at Regional House.”

There was no election for this constituency as Bruce GORDON and Gordon MCKELLAR were elected unopposed.
