Christmas At The Races selling out fast

Christmas At The Races selling out fast

Alexandra Park’s popular Christmas At The Races hospitality evenings are fast selling out. Tickets are still available but Alexandra Park Sales & Marketing Manager Joel Reichardt is urging people to get themselves organised now to avoid disappointment.

The evenings will take place on Fridays 11, 18, 25 November and 2, 9, 16 December as well as Thursday 22 December. For many of the nights some of the function rooms over multi-levels have sold out already while others are filling fast.

“We’ve had to meet increasing demand and so we’re allocating and decorating most of our track-side function centre for theseChristmas At The Races evenings. We’re also selling tickets for balcony tables and in our beautiful private marquee infield for private bookings over 100. These evenings are getting bigger and better each Christmas.”

Mr Reichardt says while tickets remain across all nights, he advises securing tickets sooner rather than later.

“Some of our tickets are well under $100 and some are over that. Regardless of the dining package you decide, everyone gets to enjoy our sumptuous Christmas-style buffet and believe me the food is delicious and plentiful. We get a lot of positive feedback about our food which is not surprising given the huge effort our executive chef puts into the menu.

“At the same time there’s plenty of atmosphere and some prime viewing spots on offer to watch some exciting harness racing under lights. That’s then followed up by live entertainment after the last race when everyone comes together at The Alex Bar & Eatery. It’s always a great night and hence why the tickets sell so fast,” he says.
