Suspicious activity at Ashurst Park

Hamilton Police investigating report of suspicious activity at Ashurst Park, Pukete

Hamilton Police are calling for information from the public following reports of suspicious behaviour at Ashurst Park Playground in Pukete in recent weeks.

Police understand there have been some incidents in and around the park with reports that a man has been loitering in the area and acting suspiciously.

The man is described as Maori of medium build aged 18-35 years.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the man in the park.

Police would also like to remind park users to be vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour in and around Ashurst Park immediately.
