Thames Centennial Pool - School swimming and closures

Term one of the school year (until Thursday 13 April) is a busy time for swimming sports, which means a busy time for the Thames Centennial Pool with school and community bookings.

To avoid disappointment here is our schedule of term swimming timetables and pool closure for school sports days:

Term Swimming

Mondays
2:00 - 3:00pm (3 lanes for school use)

Tuesdays
12:30 - 1:00pm (3 lanes for school use)
1:30 - 2:00pm (3 lanes for school use)
2:00 -3:00pm (3 lanes for school use)

Wednesdays
11:30am - 12:00pm (3 lanes for school use)
1:30 - 2:00pm (3 lanes for school use)
2:00 - 3:00pm (3 lanes for school use)

Thursdays
2:00-3:00pm (3 lanes for school use)

Fridays
11:30am -12:00pm (3 lanes for school use)
1:30 - 2:00pm (3 lanes for school use)
2:00 - 3:00pm (3 lanes for school use)

Public Pool Closure

Friday 10 Feb
8:30am - 3:00pm Thames High School swim sports

Saturday 11 Feb
POOL CLOSED ALL DAY Thames Swim Club Carnival

Friday 24 Feb
9:00am - 2:00pm Parawai School sports (Alternate day - Mon 27 February)

Wednesday 1 March
9:00am - 2:00pm Te Puru school sports

Thursday 2 March
8:30am - 3:00pm Thames Valley Secondary Schools (Alternate day - Fri 3 March)

Wednesday 15 March
8:00am - 3:00pm Thames Valley Primary School Championships (Alternate day - Fri 17 March)
