"Overdue diver in Marlborough Sounds – UPDATE 2"

The search for an overdue diver in the Marlborough Sounds has been suspended for the evening.

The man was reported overdue at around 10.20am this morning after failing to resurface from a dive north of Stephens Island.

The diver has not been found following searches today.

The search will start again tomorrow morning and will include members of the Police National Dive Squad.
