Wellington Police seek public's help in identifying male


Wellington District Police are seeking the public's help in identifying the man pictured.

Detective Sergeant Rebecca Cotton, Wellington District Tactical Crime Unit, says Police are investigating a number of burglaries and thefts from vehicles in Wellington and need to identify the man pictured to assist their enquiries.

"We are committed to ensuring people feel safe in the communities and recognise the impacts crimes like these have on the public.

I encourage anyone with information on the man pictured, or reports of suspicious behaviour in their neighbourhood, to contact us - this can be done anonymously if you prefer."

Anyone with information on the identity of this man is asked to call their local station, quoting file 170325/6086.

Information can be passed on anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
