Here's a delicious recipe to try from Derek the Chef.

Creamed Paua

4x chopped Paua
2x Tbsp butter
1x small bottle cream
1x onion finely chopped
Flour
Salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Method
Heat the butter in a pan and add the onion and chopped Paua. Cook for around 2 minutes (do not over-cook or Paua becomes rubbery).
Sprinkle with the flour then add cream very slowly until you get to sauce consistency.
Season with the salt and black pepper and serve over 'Uncle Bens Tomato and Basil Express' rice.
