Quad Bike Rider Airlifted

The Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter was dispatched to an isolated farm West of Waitomo Caves this afternoon where a man was injured when he fell from the back of a quad bike which then rolled over him. He was treated for chest injuries before being flown to Waikato Hospital for further treatment.
