NPDC thanks volunteers as work continues to fix water supply

We’ve has been overwhelmed with offers of people wanting to help while we fix the water problem.

The community response has been fantastic and NPDC wants to thank all those volunteers who are working hard out there.

Many people have been helping neighbours and the elderly, and keeping friends and relatives updated.

Everyone can also continue to help by conserving water.

This means using water only when it’s essential – for drinking, food preparation and hygiene.

Hand wash rather than using dishwashers, and in healthy households, if it's yellow let it mellow....
