"Update - Whites Road crash"

A motorcycle rider who crashed on Whites Road, near Tapapa, South Waikato earlier this afternoon has sadly died at the scene.

The crash occurred at around 2.40pm and the motorcycle was the only vehicle involved.

Police's thoughts are with the family at this time.

Details regarding the deceased will not be released until all family notifications have been completed.
