"Information sought following assault in Manurewa"

Counties Manukau Police are seeking information from the public following a stabbing in Manurewa this evening.

The incident happened at the intersection of Maplesden Driver and Kennington Drive, Clendon Park at 5.40pm and involved a confrontation between three men.

One man received critical injuries and was taken to Middlemore Hospital.

The two alleged offenders are described as being aged 17-20 years old.

Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident.

Information can be shared with Counties Manukau Police on 09 261 1321 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
