"Homicide investigation launched, Christchurch"

Attribute to Detective Inspector Corrie Parnell

Christchurch Police have launched a homicide investigation overnight after a man was admitted to Christchurch Hospital at around 11:00pm having suffered life threatening injuries.

The identity of the man has yet to be confirmed and an investigation is underway to establish the circumstances surrounding his death.
