"Fatal quad bike crash - Makarau"

A man has died after a quad bike crash in Makarau, north of Auckland, last night.

The crash occurred on a private property at around 10pm.

The Serious Crash Unit attended and examined the scene, and the matter has been referred to the Coroner.

No further details regarding the deceased man are available at this time.
