Tell us how you get around

A survey has opened this week to help Hamilton City Council learn more about how people move around Hamilton.

It’s the first step in the Council’s new campaign to help better plan for and meet the changing needs of one of the country’s fastest growing cities.

The short survey asks eight questions about how people move around the city, views on road safety, and different ways of getting around. Along with general questions about the person taking the survey, it is expected to take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Results from the survey will help in the building of a transport plan for the city which will help decide where and how to invest in transport and public places.

The survey is available online at hamilton.govt.nz/haveyoursay and is open until Sunday 9 June 2019.
