Hastings school kids to feature in television commercial


Pupils from Mayfair Primary School are to feature in a new television commercial being produced for Splash Planet in Hastings.

All 300 pupils from the school will spend this Tuesday afternoon at the water theme park where they will be extras during the production of the commercial. They will get to experience the awesome slides and rides which are a feature of the park while local production company Indelible shoots footage which will be used to promote the park nationwide.

The kids will be part of the fun and excitement of the video shoot and then get to see the finished commercial when it is screened from November 28th.

Splash Planet opens to the public for the summer season on Monday November 14th. Kids of all ages will again feel the thrill of sliding down the Master Blaster and get to race their buddies on the Sky Castle Screamer. For those who want to enjoy the excitement of the park but stay dry, there are the Formula Fun Karts, the jungle jeeps and mini golf.

Splash Planet is open daily from 10am till 5.30pm from this Monday until February 6th then moves to weekends only until April 9th.
