Tauranga Moana Seafood Festival – Saturday 12 January 2013

Tourism Bay of Plenty would like to invite you to delight your taste buds at the Tauranga Moana Seafood Festival this Saturday, 12 January 2013.

The festival will feature the freshest seafood from throughout the region, as well as cooking demonstrations and competitions. Local musicians Kougar Sistas, Polyfunk (from Sweet Echo) and Shejus Greedy will be performing on the day.

Where: Dive Crescent, Tauranga
When: 3-8pm, Saturday 12 January
Cost: Presales $35 per adult, $50 on the door. $15 for children 5-17, children under 5 are free

Katikati Food and Wine Festival – Saturday 19 January 2013

The Katikati Food and Wine Festival features fresh food from around the region as well as the tastiest wines from local wineries including Volcanic Hills, Askerne Estate and Makaraka Estate. The festival will include cooking demonstrations and competitions, and will feature music from The Sound Workshop, Tony Edwards Trio and Double Xposure.

Where: A&P Showground, Katikati
When: 11.30am-6pm, Saturday 19 January
Cost: Gate admission $20, earlybirds $16
