Youth Week: Live Like a Legend
Live Like a Legend
Dunedin (Tuesday 30 April 2013) - The theme for this year’s Youth Week (4 - 12 May) is ‘Live Like a Legend’.
Youth Week is about encouraging young people's participation and connections to their communities, creating a society that values young people (those aged 12-24) and affirming their diversity.
There are events organised by young people and those who work with young people, all over New Zealand which encourage young people to get involved, have a say, influence opinions, showcase their creativity and talent, share ideas, access information and have fun!
In Dunedin, several events have been organised for Youth Week 2013 by the Dunedin City Council’s Youth Action Committee and community groups.
