Ruakura Development Plan Change Request
On 24 June 2013 we received an application from Tainui Group Holdings Limited and Chedworth Properties Limited requesting a change to the operative Hamilton City District Plan, specifically in relation to the proposed Ruakura Development.
We will provide a recommendation to the Minister for the Environment to say whether or not we think the plan change is, or is part of, a proposal for national significance.
We will also give advice about whether the matter should be directed to a board of inquiry or to the local authority.
